1. Purpose:
WEW-Y series computer screen display hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of metals and non-metals. 2. Performance characteristics:
1 ) Host:
1.1 The main engine adopts the lower cylinder type, hydraulic clamping, the tensile space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam of the main engine and the workbench.
1.2 The sturdy four-column two-screw structure design makes the whole machine extremely stable. It has good impact resistance, high rigidity, and characteristics, so it has outstanding advantages in large-load mechanical performance tests and complex structural tests.
1.3 The moving beam is designed with a unique clearance elimination mechanism, which avoids the test error caused by the movement of the beam after being stressed.
1.4 There is a 10mm sliding plate between the jaw and the jaw splint, which effectively extends the service life of the jaw splint.
1.5 The test space can be adjusted in three sections according to the length of the sample, and the highest point is suitable for the use of peripheral equipment such as high-temperature furnaces.
1.6 The oil cylinder adopts the gap seal, which not only improves the measurement accuracy but also increases the service life.
2 ) Transmission system:
The lifting and lowering of the lower beam adopts electric motor, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, sprocket, nut screw pair drive, realizes the adjustment of tension and compression space.
3 ) Control system
3.1 Realize four kinds of closed-loop control of test force, sample deformation, beam displacement and test progress;
3.2 The data acquisition system consists of 4 high-precision 32-bit A/D conversion channels. The highest resolution is 1/500000, and the whole process is not divided into files;
3.3 Select original brand-name integrated devices such as BB, AD, Xilinx, etc., and fully digital design;
3.4 Comply with PCI bus standard, microcomputer automatically recognizes and installs to achieve "plug and test";
