The high-strength bolt connection pair torsion testing machine is composed of a host, a measurement control system, a computer system, a software package, and functional accessories. It is suitable for testing the performance of various components such as transmission shafts, half shafts and other static mechanics. The machine adopts horizontal structure. Computer screen display, digital data acquisition control system and all digital AC servo system form a closed loop control. It is driven by a precision reducer, which has the characteristics of uniform loading, stable, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.
Test function: WinXP Chinese operating platform, with variable structure PID parameter adjustment function, realizing full closed loop control of torque, torsion angle and deformation. Using a graphical window operating system, the display screen and operation panel can be set; the test speed and various control parameters can be set; the basic test results (breaking value, peak value) can be displayed in real time; the test process can be displayed in real time Kinds of related parameter graphics; can realize system diagnosis and display diagnosis results. The testing machine realizes hierarchical management authority. Different users can enter different management interfaces, divided into three levels of user management authority.
This machine adopts imported Japanese all-digital AC servo control system, reducer, digital data acquisition and processing system, and photoelectric encoder to collect the torsion angle of the sample.

3. Working environment conditions
