2. System composition
PMW—800-1000 electro-hydraulic axle fatigue testing machine is mainly composed of: a hydraulic pulsator (including host and controller) with a displacement of 800L/min, a 1000kN hydraulic pulsation actuator, and an electrical control cabinet , A set of computer data acquisition and processing system, a 1000kN gantry test afterburner frame and special test tooling for axles, test piping system and necessary tooling.
There are also various specifications of hydraulic pulsator (25kN, 50kN, 100kN, 250kN, 500kN) to choose from. All the actuators are shipped after a comprehensive performance test or ordered separately for users to complete multi-station (multiple Test points).
