1. Application scope:
EZ series metal wire torsion testing machine is a wire torsion testing machine with digital display count. It is suitable for measuring the ability of metal wire with a diameter (or characteristic size) of 0.1-10.0mm to withstand plastic deformation in one-way or two-way torsion. Display the defects on the surface and internal of the wire, and provide a reliable measurement method for the production wire and the unit that uses the wire. EZ-10 metal wire torsion testing machine is mainly used for torsion test of Ф5.0~Ф10.0mm metal wire.
2. Principles and applicable standards:
1. Unidirectional torsion: The sample rotates 360 degrees evenly in one direction around its axis as one torsion to the specified time

2. Two-way twisting: the sample rotates 360 degrees evenly in one direction around its own axis as one twist to the specified times
After counting, rotate the same number of times in the opposite direction or the sample breaks.
