1.  C R & lt series metal wire winding testing machine using a horizontal host, by the loader, drive winding, energizing, tracking, data acquisition and processing, the liquid crystal display and other components, mainly for the determination of metal wire, such as steel, copper , Aluminum, titanium, stainless steel wire, trolley wire and its alloy wire winding performance, observe the defects on the surface.

2. The  test method is to fix one end (left end) of the metal wire, hang a weight on the other end, wind around the core rod of the specified diameter to the specified number of turns, and at the same time, the tracking device guides the wire to move to the right end, so that the wire is tightly arranged and prevents the wire overlapping.

2. Product description

1.  Main machine: adopt horizontal structure, main structure adopts frame structure to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The mandrel is made of high-quality alloy structural steel with smooth surface and high rigidity to ensure its service life.

2.  Drive system: motor drive, large rotating torque, uniform loading, stable and no impact.

3.  Transmission system: use precision reducer to ensure the uniformity, stability and high transmission accuracy of the transmission.
