1. Brief introduction of torsion testing machine function:
The torsion testing machine complies with JB/T9370-1999 "Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machines", GB10128-88 "Metal Room Temperature Torsion Testing Method" or technical requirements provided by users, for metallic materials, non-metallic materials and various components such as drive shafts and half shafts Performance test of static mechanics.
The machine adopts a horizontal structure, a fully digital AC servo control system and a digital data acquisition and processing system. The photoelectric encoder collects the torsion angle of the sample. Realize full closed loop control of torque, torsion angle and deformation. The display screen and operation panel can be set; the test speed and various control parameters can be set; the basic test results can be displayed in real time.
