1. The main purpose and scope of application of the testing machine

4) This testing machine adopts manual control, hydraulic loading, electronic measurement, microcomputer display and automatic data processing. It can carry out external pressure load test for drainage pipes with diameters of 200-2000mm; space heightening can carry out external pressure loading for pipe diameters below 3500mm Test (need to be customized). It can also be used for compressive strength test of other metallic materials and non-metallic materials (customized accessories are required). The hydraulic system of this machine is mainly controlled by the oil return valve handle, which is easy to operate and ensure safety. 5) Using a branded computer, equipped with Windows pressure testing machine special software, according to national standards or standards provided by users, the pressure resistance of various materials can be measured. The data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage and display of the test process are all completed by a microcomputer, and the measurement results are accurate and reliable. The test data is counted and processed again, and then various required test curves and test reports are output and printed. The test curve amplification, comparison, and traversal functions are provided, which is intelligent and convenient. It is an ideal testing equipment for testing departments and production enterprises at all levels, and is also suitable for teaching demonstrations in colleges and universities.
