2. Description of equipment composition:
XGB-10 series pipe hydrostatic testing machine consists of five parts: pressure control system, pressure source, constant temperature medium tank, fixture and calculator.
1) The pressure control system is composed of two parts: pressurized pipeline and electrical control in the control cabinet. The pressure pipe is composed of accumulator, solenoid valve, one-way valve, filter, manual needle valve, connecting pipeline and other components. The electrical control part is composed of digital pressure gauge, temperature control instrument, pressure sensor, solenoid valve, relay, overheat protector, various switches, etc.

3. Working principle
The working principle of XGB-10 series pipe hydrostatic testing machine is:
1) Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure instrument so that the pressure source provides a pressure of 2~3MPa higher than the highest pressure of the branch and is stored in the accumulator.
2) Calculate the test pressure according to the ring stress requirements of the sample, and set the control pressure and range of the branch pressure meter accordingly. After operation, the meter control solenoid valve is fully turned on, so that the pressure of the sample rises rapidly. When the set pressure is reached, the pressure compensation phase is entered.
3) During the pressure compensation stage, the solenoid valve is turned on intermittently according to the instrument data to supplement the pressure in the pressure source accumulator into the sample.
4) When the pressure of the pressure source drops to the lower limit of the set pressure, the plunger pump starts and stops when it reaches the upper limit.
5) This machine has the functions of running, stopping, leakage warning, and rupture identification at the same time, so that the operator can leave the experimental site during the test. When the sample leaks or ruptures, it will automatically alarm and automatically close the circuit, and other tests will continue to be carried out normally until the test is completed. 6) The machine has a serial port and can be equipped with a calculator, draws a pressure-time curve, can query the control pressure value in real time, can print out reports, can replace manual duties, and can continue to work when the calculator stops working. During the test, the computer can be turned off at any time to do other business operations, and the host can work normally.
