   Impact sample notch broaching machine is the only tool in China that can process qualified sample notches except for optical curve grinders. Due to the one-time forming processing principle, the gaps processed by it have good uniformity. This series of products at present can be divided into several types: manual broaching machine for impact sample notch, electric broaching machine for impact sample notch (double knife), and hydraulic broaching machine for impact sample notch (double knife). This product meets GB /P229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials" If the structure is changed and the important related parts are replaced, it can meet the international standards such as ASTM E23-02a, EN10045, ISO148, ISO083, etc. at the same time. Each tool can process up to nearly 20,000 samples. It only takes 8 seconds, and the operation is extremely simple and reliable. The standard sample notch depth is 2mm±0.05. The sample notch special broaching machine uses the sample end face positioning method to locate the 1/2 center of the sample length 55. If the length dimension 55 is inconsistent, the positioning can be adjusted at any time. It has been adjusted according to 55 when leaving the factory.
