I、 Application of wheel bending fatigue testing machine
1. PQW series wheel bending fatigue tester is mainly used for dynamic bending fatigue test of wheels of cars, trucks, heavy trucks and buses. Wheel bending fatigue testing machine is a necessary equipment for wheel testing. It mainly simulates the inner and outer diameter of the hub and the fatigue resistance of the link point of the hub when the vehicle turns under load. The fixture design is provided according to the test wheel provided by the customer.
2. The testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB standards and ISO, SAE, JIS, via, TUV and other standards. Applicable standards:
1) SAE j328 performance requirements and test methods for passenger car and light truck wheels
2) ISO 3006 road vehicles - passenger car wheels - Test methods
3) QC / T 221 performance requirements and test methods of automobile light alloy wheels
4) GB / T 5334-2005 performance and test methods of passenger car wheels
