1. Overview of microcomputer controlled high and low temperature creep testing machine

1. This machine is a fully electronic creep testing machine, which is mainly used for long-term compression and durability testing of polymer materials and other non-metal materials. The testing machine is composed of a host, a high and low temperature environment box, a precision test control system, a deformation measuring device, and software. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer controls the rotation of the Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor through the Japanese Panasonic speed regulation system. After the deceleration system, the high-precision screw pair drives the moving beam to rise and fall to complete the test and analysis of the permanent mechanical properties of the sample creep.

2. The whole process is carried out in a high and low temperature environment box. The environment box is placed on the support, and the support is placed on the workbench of the testing machine. When using, push the environment box into the host, open the door to place the sample, close the door to heat up or Test by cooling down.

3. The deformation measuring device is led out of the box through the rigid material, the deformation is measured outside the box, and the data is imported into the computer, and the output is processed by computer software.
