1. Use characteristics of drive shaft balancing machine :
This series is a hard-supported horizontal dynamic balancing machine, which adopts roller support and ring belt drag. The ordinary type is driven by a two-speed motor, and the "A" type is a frequency conversion motor and a frequency converter for speed regulation. The data is processed by an industrial control computer. The screen displays the imbalance value, phase angle and real-time speed in real time, and the bed adopts integral casting with good stability. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate accuracy, intuitive display, reliable quality and convenient maintenance. The software is equipped with two calibration functions of ordinary workpiece and standard rotor, which overcomes the defects that users of other hard-supported balancing machine measurement systems are difficult to calibrate equipment by themselves. A variety of measurement methods and functions are available for selection, which can realize parameter input, preview, experiment, result storage, printing, and operation. All adopt Chinese menu structure, man-machine dialogue, and automatic prompt.
It is widely used in electric motors, fans, diesel engines, auto parts and other industries. It can perform balance measurement on single-sided, double-sided, and multiple correction surfaces. It is suitable for shafts, discs and rotors with outstretched centers of gravity.
