Technical proposal
1. Main purpose
TPNW-5000 microcomputer controlled torsion fatigue testing machine is mainly used for torsion and fatigue testing of hardware tools, metal and non-metal materials , as well as torsion springs and structural bodies with high precision requirements . It can also be used for precision compression torsion testing of components .
2. Description
1. Structure: Mainly composed of two parts: the upper computer software and the host.
2. Host: The host adopts a vertical structure and is composed of a servo lifting system and a torsion detection system; the lifting system is used to adjust the height and logical positioning of the torsion detection system to adapt to the space requirements of different workpieces and has a limit function.
3. Torsion test system: mainly composed of servo motor, reducer, dynamic torque sensor, and various auxiliary tools.
4. Host computer software: It is divided into two parts: torque test and fatigue test, which can be customized and optional function package to fully meet user needs, and subsequent software upgrades can be carried out; through function switching, it can be adapted to different test requirements. The system can simultaneously monitor pressure, torque, torsion angle and rotation angle in real time.
5. Sensor: The dynamic torque sensor is used to test the torque of the workpiece and is coaxial with the main servo motor. By adding a servo reducer, the step angle of the motor is reduced, the motor is prevented from overshooting, the test error is effectively reduced, and the test accuracy is improved.
6. Shell and protection: According to the testing machine, it is matched with various sheet metal shells or industrial profiles to play a role of safety protection during the test.

1. Torsion fixture: Different types of tools and auxiliary tools can be used to meet the testing requirements of various workpieces, such as drill chucks, chucks, and magnetic fixtures.
2. Testing machine function: highly customized, fully automatic control, high precision collection.
