1. The test system is mainly composed of multiple electro-hydraulic servo actuators, a constant pressure servo pump station, a set of multi-channel servo controllers, test software, pipelines and loading frameworks. The test system is flexible to use. It can carry out single-channel loading test, and can also carry out coordinated loading test of more than two channels at the same time. It can also be equipped with auxiliary equipment according to test needs to perform fatigue loading test of various structural parts.

Multi-channel full digital control system can simultaneously control four actuators to complete synchronous and asynchronous loading, and can control the coordinated loading of four actuators; control mode: load, displacement, and different control modes can be switched without impact; The analog output interface with four-channel parameters can synchronously output load and displacement signals to data acquisition systems such as strain gauges.
