1. Main purpose and scope of application 

      This machine is suitable for testing the low-frequency torsional fatigue performance of various metal and non-metal materials such as universal joints and various elastic components. It is mainly used for the detection of product performance by various enterprises and institutions, and at the same time draw the torsion characteristic curve and record the test data.

This machine is composed of four parts: mechanical, electrical, computer, and magnetic powder clutch water cooling system

2. The structure and working principle of the mechanical part:

The middle position of the worktable is the torsion space of the workpiece. There are two parts, a fixed clamp (left) and a rotating clamp (right), which are used for clamping samples. The torsion sensor is installed on the left side of the workbench. The right side of the workbench is the transmission part. The driving system adopts Japanese all-digital AC servo motor and its driver, which is transmitted to the rotating fixture through the cycloid pinwheel reducer for rotation to realize the torsion test of the sample.

There are [ Emergency Stop ] and [ Turn Left ], [ Turn Right ], [Start], [Stop], and [Power Indication] switch buttons on the right front end of the host, which can be manually operated to rotate left and right during the test. If the testing machine has abnormal phenomena or emergencies during operation, you can press the [ Emergency Stop ] button. After handling all the faults, turn the emergency stop button in the direction indicated on the upper end surface of the emergency stop button to make it pop up, and then press the [Power Indication] button to start the test.

When powering on, pull up the air switch on the right side of the main unit, and then press the [Power Indication] button. At this time, this button lights up, and the main unit is powered on and enters the standby state.

[Start] and [Stop] buttons are used to control the cooling water pump station. The cooling water pump station is mainly used to supply cooling circulating water to the magnetic powder clutch, and a pair of magnetic powder clutches play a cooling role. Please change the water in the water tank regularly. Do not allow impurities to enter the water tank and block the water pump.

3. Electrical and computer parts:

     The electrical part is composed of the drive system and the measurement control part. The computer realizes various controls (automatic control and manual control), display (curve, torque, torsion angle, etc.), data acquisition (set test speed, torsion angle, etc. according to different needs) ), processing (automatically save the curve), the drawing of characteristic curves (torque - time curve, torque - angle curve) and other functions; the torque sensor realizes the test of the torque of the test piece, and the photoelectric encoder realizes the measurement of the torsion angle of the test piece.
