2. Program description
1. Host: mechanically loaded, using traditional crank-connecting rod mechanism, driven by electromagnetic speed-adjusting motor, using flywheel energy storage method to ensure uniform loading stability and operational reliability, so that the entire alternating stress forms a good sinusoidal waveform . Also equipped with spring pre-adjustment device (manual adjustment method), amplitude adjustment device (manual adjustment method), etc.
2. Transmission system: It is composed of speed increasing device, lead screw and guiding part.
3. Drive system: driven by electromagnetic speed regulating motor.

Measurement control system: It is composed of computer data acquisition and processing system, counter, speed controller device, force measurement system, etc., through various signal processing, realizes display, control and other functions and records the number of tests, test frequency, test force, etc. . 5. Software operating system: adopt WinXP Chinese operating platform. The format of the test report can be output in Word or Excel format.
