1.  TPJ- C series mechanical spring fatigue testing machine ( touch screen ) is composed of drive system, transmission system, PLC and touch screen controller and other systems, and is suitable for fatigue performance testing of various coil springs.

2.  The test machine is controlled by the electromagnetic speed regulation system to control the motor operation, and the eccentric device drives the connecting rod to raise and lower the reciprocating pressure plate to complete the reciprocating compression fatigue test of the spring. The machine is pollution-free, high in efficiency, has a wide frequency range and test space, and is equipped with suitable accessories to complete spring fatigue tests of different specifications. 1-4 test stations are optional.

1.  Host : mechanically loaded, using the traditional crank and connecting rod mechanism, driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, using the energy storage method of the flywheel, to ensure the uniform stability of the loading and the reliability of operation, so that the entire alternating stress forms a good sinusoidal waveform . Also equipped with spring pre-adjustment device (manual adjustment method), amplitude adjustment device (manual adjustment method), etc.
